Same old, same old

A great physio session after my therapist's break. She upped the rhythm and I got to lay flat on my back, turn onto my stomach, stand on all fours, get up, get back down and onto my back for another round starting with getting onto my stomach rolling onto the other side! All in quick succession. And other exercises like this. For forty minutes. Fun! She was happy to find me in good shape, and I was really happy to realise I can do all those things without being totally knackered after ten minutes.

I haven't done much the rest of the day, though. :-)
