SPOTTED IN A STREET IN OSLO #55 - PHLEGM

I have been wanting to show you this street art for a long time, and today the big two trucks were gone and just a little was in front.

It is made by Phlegm. He is a Sheffield-based illustrator, who specialises in intricate black and white characters and cityscapes. He also creates comics and books of his ink drawings. In fact he started with cartoon drawings and has after made them as huge murals. He illustrate humans anxiety and struggle for survival. In many images the person is stuck in a machine or being eaten by animals, an endless search for escape.

After my New York trip, I must admit that I appreciate the street art in Oslo even more than before. Our tiny little capital has more good street art that is easy to find than the Big Apple:-)
