The spoils of War?

NAY!  The result of caring relatives who know that, while able to cook, there's a lot I'd neither buy, nor make as a solo effort.
Result:-
A Seasonal hamper & Cake perpetuating Alice's recipe.  Bound to keep me happy for a week or three.
:¬)
From the left -
An assortment of flavoured Teas/Tisanes (Yet to check all)
Honey made by Kat's neighbour's Bees.
Maple Butter - NEVER heard of it - LOVE Maple Syrup
Olives - NOT QUITE an addiction.
Plum Chutney - why not?
(Aside A. D. O. Bill Robin A. K. A. Chut, who earned that pseudonym as a result of making a vast excess of green Tomato Chutney as a Ldg Fm. in the Fire Station Kitchen one year causing the smell to linger for many days.)
Panetone - another addiction, 1/2 gone.
Peanut nougat - ALL gone. We grew up on Nugggat while it slowly changed its name to "Noogah".
;¬)
Chilli Jam - NOT too powerful, having tasted it.
Most of the rest - readable - except:-
"Decadent Christmas Cake and Chocolate honeycomb.
Content alert:-
Sugar, partly inverted refiners syrup Cocoa mass, Cocoa butter, Soya Lecithin, Sultanas, Currants, Brandy, Cherries, Cranberries, Apricots, Prunes, mixed Peel, Stem ginger, Orange, lemon, nutmeg, cinnamon, coriander seed, Dill seed, Ginger Cloves, E450, E500 (recognised Raising agents, Maize starch, citric acid,
and, as a preservative SO2.
Though how they persuaded a gas to stay inside a cellophane wrapper is beyond me.

Who'd a thunk it?
