An impression of our garden

My sleep pattern is awry at present, awoke in time to go swimming at 7am.  My first time for a whole week.  The air was cold, the odd icy raindrop fell on me. There were 10-12 swimmers across the five lanes, bliss!

The rain fell heavier on my return home.  It hasn't stop since.

Slim chance of getting many steps in today.

Today's blip is an impression of our garden through a rain covered window, there is form and colour.

I lead by 4 in this month's ITV7, I'm away to study the race cards as I need to retain my crown.
