The Full Chorus

As the  heron sang in his rich deep voice
All agreed his song was a very fine choice
But what was needed was some background sound
And the Egyptian chorus was the best all round.

So as he reached his highest notes
The choir sang loud and gained the votes
This stopped the singer in his stride
And the happy pair then blushed with pride.
