Happy Birthday My Treacle Tart

It is my grand-daughter's birthday today. Treacle tart is Cockney rhyming slang for sweetheart. :)

I planned to Blip a robin that I shot this evening and entitle it, "The Cold Wind Doth Blow ....". We've had snow here in Essex. The light was failing and my robin was very noisy in more ways than one.

My son is coming from Spain tomorrow to collect a car he has bought. I thought we'd have a Grand National themed lunch on Saturday. I'll be serving seabass followed by treacle tart, washed down with tea for three. :)

I've concocted my own recipe for the tart and included black treacle and eggs to match Treacle's silks. Go Treacle.
