Good day today as Mo and JP and Jeremie arrived from Switzerland to stay for a few days around a contemporary's wedding. Lots of last minute rushing around for the right car-chair and the right food (for the parents!)

Mike at Phoenix cycles gave my bicycle a good service yesterday so now I am zipping along on fully inflated new tyres confident in the knowledge that the new brake blocks will stop me safely...
