Multi purpose sign

Saw this sign today and I was tempted to take it as a reminder!

'Beware of the bull' is a good warning to remember especially when house hunting! We viewed one house today which didnt look anything like the photos in the brochure only to be told "oh those pictures are from a couple of years ago, why would we take new ones showing the paper hanging off and things broken!" Hmmmm i wonder!

Plus point it has been a lovely sunny day. Morning of house viewings afternoon at Trafford Centre. Bumped into two friends from Dubai (small world!).
