Durdle Door

Firstly a huge thank you for your kind comments, hearts and stars on my first birthday blip yesterday which has gone to page 1 of the popular pages - you are a lovely lot!
Moving on, today we walked from Lulworth to Durdle Door, and then along the beach and back. Intermittently raining it wasn’t the best of conditions but this iconic British landmark is wonderful to see in any weather. Took far too many photos on far too many devices - of Durdle Door, the Man of War beach adjacent, and back at Lulworth, the Cove, and the Stair Hole. This Jurassic Coast is 185 million years old.
Stopped en route back for a wander round Corfe Castle, a magnificent ancient ruin and a youngster in comparison with a history dating back about a 1000 years.1st extra
Hope 2022 has started well for you
