Butterfly Perch

We catch these sometimes and I've wondered what they are. Then today we caught a better size one so kept it and hunted out the species. 
The extras show my auto fish cleaner. Her name is Connie and although I taught her how to do it having had years of experience, I'm now incapable of doing it correctly apparently!
The Black Backed Gulls clean up the discarded stuff.
The Korean BBQ/Hot plate cooks the catch.
