Mincemeat Cake

I have Blip to thank for this. I made far fewer mince pies than expected so had masses of mincemeat left. Remembered that Simonslife had blipped a yummy looking cake.  The recipe says "loaf tin.  The loaf started to spill over the sides of first tin. Luckily I was watching, took it from the oven and quickly lifted mixture into a bigger container. It seems to have survived but fruit has settled at the bottom . Never mind. It tastes very good. I fear it did not score 10/10 as did Simonlife's attempt. Thank you Mrs HCB
