My Monday / Christmas ended leading my weekly Zwift ride
I usually make them 1 hour long but for a laugh picked Ven Top
These group rides are banded which means the stronger rides pull the slower rider up… a sort of averaging. The downside was it turned into a hard 2 hour slog up this relentless climb with me on the front the whole way. My legs were pretty tired at the end but 1700 calories burned was good
