Aoraki/Mount Cook

New Zealand's highest mountain.  In fact the tallest in all of Australasia at a bit over 3,700 metres (12,200+ feet).  The mountain was a little hazy this morning, but at least it wasn't wreathed in cloud.

Lake Pukaki in the foreground.  The lake is often the most stunning aqua colour; not at her best today but at least she wasn't the steely grey that she can be sometimes.
