Begonia in flower …

…., on my kitchen windowsill. It must be loving the warmth as the flowers have increased rapidly and become more colourful.

I wasn’t at all stiff this morning after yesterday’s hill walk - that’s a plus. Four of us did yoga at my daughter’s this morning and it looks like it’ll be a weekly routine for a while anyway. It was thoroughly enjoyable too.

And friends came round for drinks & chats this evening, sitting outside in the courtyard. We’re having a super spell of warm summery weather. What a treat!
