Massaman curry paste

In a desperate attempt to use up all the food hub food, I’ve made a HUGE pot of this Thai curry, with lots of spice and coconut cream. Including sweet potatoes, sprouts (not traditional I know) carrots, swede and potatoes. I also made dauphinois potatoes.
My lodger is back at work today, so I’m feeding her up.
Went for tea at Diane’s, number 30, then we took crumpet out for a walk. There’s an icy wind at the top of the rise (too small to even call it a hill).
