Sunny sundial

Went for a quick run at lunchtime. Ascended the hill and stairs to the sundial. Felt a little like Rocky when I'd got to the top. Its good way to build stamina and strength. It was a little icy, and I went for a slide or two before I got home.

Tempus fugit [velut umbra]. (Time flees [like a shadow].)
