Hidden Cambridge

It's my birthday today and I'd organised a walking tour of Cambridge for the family.  Despite having lived here for 23 years there is a lot we don't know about.  Our guide Murray Jacobs included stories of student stunts  (a car on the roof of the senate house), Santa hats on statues, what the connection is between the names of the Trinity College punts, dinky doors and an upside down statue by Antony Gormley (pictured here).

We all really enjoyed it, and I would thoroughly recommend a tour to newbies and locals - contact Murray here.

Sophia joined us for a meal at The Ivy, The Eagle and gin and tonics later at home.

A very memorable and fabulous day.  Thank you all for your good wishes, cards and presents.  More photos in extras.
