Friday and the weather reverted to grey. It's as if the effort of all the colour yesterday was just too much and so the sun stayed in bed and let the clouds deal with the sky.

I was busy today for the whole day. Writing code - which if you're a programmer, is the best kind of day. So it was a bit of a surprise when I saw the time that it was five thirty (but people here say "halb sechs" rather than half past five) - that was a solid 5 and a half hours without moving from my chair. I hope Monday continues in the same vein.

And so on with Songs-In-German. Yesterday's song was "Reet Petite" and today you get something that goes like this :-
