Lower Orchard and Marsh

The wheel for Josephine’s punctured tyre was collected yesterday afternoon and returned this afternoon. Twenty-four pounds; I think that was a very good deal as it included VAT.

Today’s picture is of the flooded marsh next to our boundary. I have also included an extra, taken earlier as the sun appeared, which includes part of our pond.

Noon Today – three degrees Celsius.

It was minus four degrees Celsius first thing and only managed to get to three degrees Celsius at lunch time. It warmed a little more during the afternoon and at 1600 hours had reached five degrees and started to rain.
