Wok and roll

The rain has returned and it was a miserable, grey day.

Some good positive meetings.

Managed a quick power ramble around the block for RED January, I got extremely wet but at least it got me out to help my mental health.  Even though the workload is still the same, I feel a bit more positive than at the end of last year.

Another almost vegan day, apart from the milk in my tea.  For lunch I had vegan fish fingers, you wouldn't know the difference to be honest, and then for tea I had a stir fry with some substitute chicken.

Today I am thankful for:

1.  An almost vegan day again
2.  A wet power ramble
