Chocolate nosebleed

It’s been a very odd food evening. We had bean stew with veggie sausages, but while I was out the room James got free range with the spice rack. Usually I veto all his odd spice suggestions, but tonight he slipped the net and added chilli flakes, rosemary, smoked paprika, and oregano. It tasted very bad and we had a talk about sticking to themes (either Italian OR Mexican OR Indian etc.). Then we washed it down with some chocolate orange, but James got a nugget of chocolate stuck in his throat and melted chocolate started coming out his nose in what I would describe as a Terry’s chocolate nosebleed. Very odd sight.
