Walk with a friend !!! A face in the tree.

Today I went for a walk with a good friend of mine.
We have had very changeable weather. I was glad I had my umbrella with me.
My Friend had a dog with him and he changed the picture a bit haha. There was a beautiful Heron by the water, but before I could take the picture, our dog chased it away. But without Heron it is still a beautiful photo. haha.
I have already taken 11,600 steps until 8 p.m. tonight.
Proud of myself. After my hernia operation I see an upward trend in my condition. I'm super happy with it.
