BRAVO!

Just had my third injection to treat my Brachial Retina Vein Occlusion. They sent me home bearing this mysterious Masonic felt tip sign.

Is it an E for eye? Too obvious. Is it L for left? Surely not. Is it a code that means “You will get the sack if you inject the wrong eye”

It hurt and I was reprimanded for squirming.  Several pithy  phrases using early Middle English occurred to me
