Surprise

When I got home from work yesterday (Thursday) Mr C said I had some flowers delivered. A little bunch of flowers with a thank you note.

During the afternoon our local vicar had turned up with the flowers for me because she had used a photo/photos that I had taken for her 3 or 4 years ago and was kind enough to thank me again. What a lovely, thoughtful thing to do.  Mr C, knowing her well from her time as a governor at the school where he is Chair, invited her in and enjoyed a tea and chat with her.

Now it’s Friday and the weekend, woohoo.  Seems more than a week a go that we celebrated NYE. :-D
