Mac and indeed Cheese

The youngest made this in school home economics, but more importantly I fell off my chair at work.  Not a simple slip, I completely collapsed to the floor and the chair fell on top of me.  

Don't worry , the office was indeed packed and a heavily pregnant nurse helped me up while everyone else laughed.
