Mum & Dad ♥

My mum and dad got married 57 years ago today. I still send a subtle card to my mum despite dad being gone, it's still their anniversary and I like to mark it. Added an extra of them on their 25th Wedding Anniversary. What a great party that was.

Went running at dusk. It's my 6th run of 2022, feeling so much fitter and stronger. All of a sudden everything seems to be slotting into place. Smashing my segments and times left, right and centre :-) Think I'll rest for a few days now, don't want to overdo things and injure myself (again!)
