Fossa

Today I left it a bit late to go out too far so after a lot of indecision I settled on the zoo.  The main picture is a Fossa.  The fossa is a carnivorous mammal that is endemic to Madagascar. It is a member of the Eupleridae, a family of carnivorans closely related to the mongoose family Herpestidae..


The lions were also out and the light on the male was lovely.
