Every day there are delightful surprises now that spring has arrived in the garden. Today strolling with the dogs I stood grinning from ear to ear to see the early tiny leaves on my beloved Japanese Maple, such a beautiful tree, even lovely in it's winter barrenness. Now the tiny crimson leaves are appearing. Oh, what glorious lie ahead...
