Soughdough Starter…

Eventually started my first sourdough starter today, which I have named “Frasier” as apparently you are supposed to name them :-)

Frasier will take a full seven days to ferment and mature and I’ll need to feed him daily - but all going well he’ll live in my fridge for a good while after that :-))
