Peaceful day

A generally quiet day today.
2 yoga sessions as I missed one yesterday and have subscribed to a 30 day plan.
A bike ride of 80 kilometres in fine dry conditions completed fairly briskly.
I cooked a gammon joint which should last me most of the week.
Today’s blip is part of the old creamery/dairy which has been used by some local teens for their graffiti and other interesting and dubious entertainment.
