La Ultima Fiesta

For our last night in Puerto San Carlos, we had a goodbye party and gave our professors and the staff members a thank you piñata. Watching them take turns bashing it before Gustavo, our center director, finally knocked it down, was yet another example of how unique this experience really has been. Our professors are part of our lives for more than just the hours of class and outside of the realm of academics.

The past three months here in Mexico have been amazing, challenging, eye opening, and so much more that I can't really put into words. I will always treasure the memories (and thousands of photos), but am excited to move forward with my life and get back home to my friends and family.

This is just the beginning.
