Here there and everywhere

Sunday Sunday

Bb assembled the little trolley we bought the other day in IKEA. We've had our eye on it for a while, but wanted to be sure it would be useful. Our dining room table, which is in our patio room, and where we eat and where I do my online work, is really the heart of the house. One end of it had become a bit like a table at a farmer's market! Not a bad look at all but we decided it was time to reclaim it and so we now just have fruit and the Christmas plant on it. You can see that our table setting on new year's day, which I blipped, had one bowl of onions and another of potatoes in it!  Bb blipped the trolley and I see a couple of blipper friend's have the same one but in a different colour. We actually wanted the greenish blueish colour, but it's discontined - even though it's the one on display in the shop.  We're quite lucky that there's a small IKEA shop/display showroom 10 mins walk away. You can't buy anything and take it away from there, but you can order and either have it delivered or pick it up just round the corner from there the next day. If you know what you want, it saves a trip to the big store on the outskirts and a taxi ride for us.

After that excitement, we had a good walk, taking me up to 76,000 steps for the week, and then dinner at our local Chinese restaurant.  We've enjoyed our downtime and little staycation over Christmas and new year. Monday is back to 'normal' again, whatever that means.

My blip is a square in Sants. I took it for the sky, but it's not that great in the photo.
