My special moments

Stolpersteine

As tribute to the many Jewish families, who have been deported during WW II, Stolpersteine have been placed in front of the houses where they used to live.
On these Stolpersteine, made of copper, their names are engraved.
Throughout our town there are many of these that can be seen, it's very poignant when you know the sad stories behind them.
On the extra you can see the house, where the family Silbernberg used to live.

Thanks a lot ApolloFly for hosting the Mono Monday challenge.
And a big thank you to you all for your kindness on yesterday's image, much appreciated!
