"Boom, boom - and a big brown bear"

Time for the next samba drumming course, and these are the drums waiting to be taken into the hall.  
The intro to one piece is the bass drums playing "boom boom", with the snares and heps responding with the rhythm "and a big brown bear", before launching into something more complicated that I've now forgotten but has something to do with "a lion has a tail".
