Just Before We Leave the Reserve….

This is the rural scene I love as Maisie and I finished our walk in the Taylor River Floodway Reserve…The water body here is Doctors Creek which flows into the Taylor River. The day, at this early hour, was fresh and clean and cool enough for walking and cycling. . Then the heat started building. Laundry dried on the line in half an hour. We took cover indoors before midday. The temperature rose in the shade in the porch. It reached 33.3C. TV One weather news claimed the top temperature was reached in Bleheim at 32C. I reckon they should come and check out our porch.
