We started the day with a lovely outing on the moors and continued with a pretty productive day, finishing with teaching - interspersed with much feeding.  

My new eating plan is working well. It involves eating for much of the day. Lots of protein, lots of carbs, a selection of fruit and veg and the bare minimum of fat. It's not a fad diet. Just a necessity. A lifestyle for life.  Weight is slowly going on and I'm tentatively overjoyed.
