Rose petals

During our self-isolation episode around Christmas a friend kindly gave us a big bunch of roses. I experimented with drying the petals today, using the oven. They look ok but it's the scent that is fabulous, filling the kitchen. My other half suggests we can take up drying petals as a new career if we lose our jobs, just for the smell of the process.
