Flying-leap

Morning.....

....it was warm, 15C, this morning, overcast and calm as E and I walked along the beach. The sea was silver as a thin line of light touched the horizon, waves were small as they crept along the coastline. Again I loved the sky, clouds hugging the landscape, thin, as slivers of blue appeared of what could be a lovely bright day ahead while in the distance blue sky was already greeting the day. A low tide gave us access to a wide open space with reflections of clouds and trees, it was breathtaking even without the full sun and blue sky.

We noticed thousands of tiny homes in the wet sand for crabs, a couple of oyster catchers followed us down the beach and the odd gull flew by, head down with beady eyes searching for shellfish for breakfast.

Another day, another beach scene.....how could one not blip a scene like this. One in extra showing what greeted us on our arrival.

I was absolutely delighted and thank you for your kind words, stars and hearts for yesterday's New Zealand sky, I'm thrilled you all enjoyed it.

Happy Wednesday everyone :)
