I was listening to the Heart radio this morning and they were interviewing a monk or a man who had stayed with monks in a retreat
When asked what he had learned there he said ~~~~~~
Every morning say out loud what you are grateful for.
Then at night say again out loud something you are grateful for again
And this brings peace to your mind.
On my table I Phyrographed in the middle of the the table wake up greatful every day.
So I understood what he meant
