January Landscape

It briefly reached 39°F (4°C) this afternoon, and most of our snow has melted. I am surprised that the grass is still so green, but I am grateful for this. Everything is usually withered and brown by now. Tomorrow promises to be another mild day, and I hope to take another long walk.
