Bush beauties

The colours, dimensions and forms of these Eucalypts, especially the central one with its panels of bark falling away, were remarkable. I was tempted to make a number of 'studies' of the various bark tangles but, for better or for worse, had to move away because I'd stepped onto an ants' nest and could feel one or two of the critters in my jeans!!!
