Enjoying Some Sunshine

We did a get a shower of rain last night but it didn't last long. We needed more. It was really cold this morning but it did warm up as the day went on and the sun came out.

I had Physio this morning. My back hasn't improved so he will wait to see what the Specialist say's on the 27th. After Physio I had some Acupuncture. On the way home I did some shopping.
