Sunset in Blackheath

I was inspired all over again by Chris last night to pay more attention to how my autonomic nervous system affects my mood. So I went up for a photographic walk in Blackheath before going grocery shopping. It was cold of course but the sunset was superb and being outside really helped take me out of myself. I’m so glad we’re still close to the Common!
