Low light, West Kilbride

I spent some time in West Kilbride with a good friend who was a former colleague.
It was really good to catch up with her...so much has happened in both our families since we last met face to face. We had a nice simple lunch and a wee walk. She is quite a lot older than me and I was sad to see some changes in her health.

Different news for recording here is the birth of a healthy wee girl to another young friend I am very fond of. Let blessings abound on her life.
It has been a good day.
