Rockin’ the dental chair

Temporary crown traded for the permanent.
Sunny, mild day here. Enjoyed a morning walk with Miya followed by yoga and Pilates.
Made broccoli soup for dinner in anticipation of a sore jaw. Used cauliflower and vegetable broth for a low cal creamy base. Not even sharp cheddar could cut the strong cauliflower flavor. Won’t make it again.
