Flower Friday @ No 7

This is my house with the yellow dahlias flowering and the roses nearly ready to have their second flowering.  The lovely daughter is on the deck to add some interest.  We took her to the airport this afternoon.  This morning she went fishing with her dad in the Waimea Estuary which we see from our deck.  They caught five snapper.
The house was built in 1989.  It is a Lockwood Home.  In 1951 two Dutch immigrants had the concept of using New Zealand Radiata Pine/Monterey Pine in a new engineered building system.  The laminated timber planks lock together to form the interior walls  No nails used.  The exterior walls are clad in Aluminium.  It is very low maintenance.
Happy weekend to all.
