New Arrival

My new walking shoes arrived this morning. I already have a pair of Grisport hiking shoes which I keep up in The Lake so I can vouch for their comfort and reliability.
My last pair were bought at Mountain Equipment in their Sale and I can feel every stone I tread on. I bet I’ve only had then six months. The inner sole is so thin and flimsy, as is the base of the shoe. I suppose you get what you pay for. They are in the dustbin!
