Inspection Team

My daughter works for DEFRA, the Government Department responsible for the Environment Agency, so I always keep an eye out for what’s going on when I’m out and about. These two were very interested in the River Douglas where it flows past the site of Central Park, former home of the mighty Wigan RL.
