Need help?

Still frosty, still freezing.
We went off to Brico Depot to look at their roof windows as our ancient Veluxes started leaking during the recent rain. The staff seemed to be argumentative and unhelpful today, so we took our custom off to Lapeyre where they had just what we wanted, knew their products, and actually wanted to sell us something!
Someone is coming next month to check our measurements, but I was disappointed that despite all the windows being in the sale, with more money off the more windows you buy; they never have roof windows in the sale. Seems a bit discriminatory to me.
