Making Oliebollen

Our son-in-law is Dutch so we were treated to some homemade Oliebollen today at their house. It’s a deep fried dough ball with raisins in it and then dipped in sugar while still warm. He also deep fried some apple rings. This is done in the garage to keep the fried oil smell out of the house. It was a super cold day with light snow all day.
